There are two different center type activities that I suggest printing on cardstock, and then laminating so that you can use them year to year. This pack also contains a “Multiple Meaning Booklet” and a “Multiple Meaning Word Flip-Flap”. I tend to start with one or both of these when I am beginning to teach multiple meaning words. There are also a variety of crafts. I generally tie my craft in with a story we are reading or something we are studying. I suggest having your students find their own multiple meaning words for the crafts in stories you are reading for an extra challenge! I have left many of these activities more open ended so you can use them in your classroom how you best see fit!
